The room was new-fashioned, they served incredible breakfast and there was welcoming staff. The location was stunning, near an art museum. Moreover, there was a lake within 20 mins walk from the hotel. Hot drinks at main bar, good service.

The breakfast was complimentary, the staff was accommodating, the grounds were spotless. I got free upgrade and loved it. Coffee, high-speed internet and sound-proofed windows available were an advantage. Restaurant in hotel was outdoor and the pool area was very clean. Based in a very comfortable area.

It was immaculately clean, the staff was exceptionally polite, plus the service was efficient. Panoramic room, but the views were really bad. The location was absolutely fabulous, just a pleasant stroll away from bournemouth beaches. The pool was lovely and the garden - beautiful.

Strategic location, savoury breakfast. Immaculate, perfect room with a luxury bathroom. The pool was amazing and the views were glorious. Really enjoyed Bournemouth, the hotel was brand-new.
